I bought a new TV last year and they say its old technology now and that I should have bought a different kind. I don't want to buy the wrong thing. Do you offer some of the new technology?

A:

We always prefer the newer technology because it's more compatible to other equipment and ultimately you're happier because it works better and the image and sound qualities are higher.

Q:

I am so overwhelmed by all the choices and advancements in technology today. Do you have someone that can help me with choosing the right type of equipment?

A:

We can design your project from the time of inception to completion.

Q:

What if I don't want to tear up my walls, do you have anything that won't require you to damage my walls?

A:

We offer a variety of services such as: pre-wire now and install later. This usually helps the customer that is buying a new home and the walls are open or for those customers that are remodeling and the walls are open. We can fish wires down or up through the walls without having to damage them or have any wires showing on the outside running up the wall.

Q:

There are some wires in my home from the previous owners,
can you work with those or do I have to pay to have them removed and new ones installed?

A:

We can use the existing wiring if the wiring is the right kind. We wouldn't want your sound or video quality to be limited because of a few dollars, but that option can be discussed upon your free estimate when our experienced estimator gives you some creative options.

Q:

I have some stereo equipment, do you do just installation?

A:

We can expand upon your existing equipment with new equipment and installation.

We are licensed bonded and insured contractors and encourage our future clients to ask us for our list of references. We believe that people need to know the workmanship of the contractor their hiring.
